I am installing SQL Server 2005 on a 2 node Windows 2008 64-bit cluster. Could you please tell me is 64K a recommended allocation unit size for SQL2K5 on Windows 2008 64-bit?

Yes 64KB for data files.  Logs are often set to 16KB.
